website
The website was built on Wix to give Ana full autonomy over updates and content. The focus was on simplicity, clarity, and SEO performance - a platform that empowers her to communicate with ease and authenticity. We also wanted to make it great on mobiles, knowing that more and more users seek information on their phones.
The website has evolved a bit since the original release and no longer fully reflects my initial design direction - but a V.02 is planned for later this year! 😄
I also created social media templates for Ana so she can share her content with visual consistency across her publications.
Context
Ana offers holistic guidance (numerology, human design, workshops). Her website is her main channel to communicate her mission, connect with visitors, and convert them into clients.
Objectives
Present her mission and services in a clear, inspiring way
Ensure visitors feel aligned, understood, and welcomed
Drive action: booking, contacting, signing up for workshops
Personas (examples)
Persona | Needs / aspirations | Frustrations | Goal on the site |
|---|---|---|---|
Lina, 35, seeking clarity | Find guidance, reconnect with herself | Feels stuck, doesn’t know who to trust | Understand Ana’s approach, sign up for an intro session |
Kathleen, 28, curious explorer | Learn about new tools (numerology, human design), access approachable content | Finds jargon confusing, too abstract | Explore workshops and book a one-off session |
Ana's website
results & learnings
This project strengthened my ability to align branding with user experience.
For the v2, I will run user tests with first-time visitors to check clarity of services and simplify the language where needed. And we will cut into the copy to make it even straight forward. Users usually don't take time to read a lot. There's way too much information on the website. The whole services structure will also change as Ana's vision has evolved.
